Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing techniques, including smoothing, leveling, and sealing concrete surfaces to achieve a flawless finish. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and shaping concrete surfaces using hand tools and power equipment.
• Apply finishing techniques to achieve desired textures and appearances, such as brushed, exposed aggregate, or stamped concrete.
• Patch and repair damaged or deteriorated concrete surfaces as needed.
• Operate power trowels, screeds, edgers, and other concrete finishing equipment safely and effectively.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in finishing various types of concrete surfaces, including flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, and patios.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Benefits:

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, with a pay range between $45,000 – $75,000.
