We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Concrete Sales Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Concrete Sales Estimator, you will play a critical role in the success of our business by providing accurate and competitive estimates for concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete construction methods and materials, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of ReScope Concrete.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project scope, conditions, and specifications.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for concrete construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
  • Generate proposals and present them to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new business leads through networking and outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in concrete construction sales or estimating role.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Jobber, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
